Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout — especially size, color, and quantity.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • To request a cancellation, please email support@sjurd.com with your order number.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as wrong size, color, or style. If you need to make a change, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Product differs significantly from its online description

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., loose threads)
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Damage not caused by SJURD LLC

How to Request a Refund

To begin a return or refund request, email support@sjurd.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Shipping receipt, if applicable

⚠️ Important:

Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
  • Refunds include original shipping charges.
  • If your refund has not appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your payment provider or our team.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery date
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a confirmed error by support@sjurd.com).
  • SJURD LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit when shipping is paid by the customer.
