At SJURD, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order shortly after completing checkout.
Because our production workflow moves quickly—and many items involve personalization or custom preparation—we follow a structured system that allows flexibility while keeping production efficient.
The guidelines below explain how the process works and what you can expect when requesting adjustments.
Our 4-Hour Adjustment Window
Customers have a firm 4-hour window after placing an order to request any type of change or cancellation.
During this period, your order is briefly paused before entering production, giving you time to correct mistakes if necessary.
Once the 4 hours have passed, your order automatically moves into processing, where materials are assigned, designs prepared, and production tasks scheduled.
At this stage, the order becomes locked and no further modifications are possible.
Changes Allowed Within the First 4 Hours:
• Changing size or color
• Updating the product style
• Correcting personalized text or custom details
• Replacing uploaded images or design files
• Adjusting product quantities
• Updating the shipping address
• Canceling the entire order
Why this timeframe is strict:
After the 4-hour period, production preparation begins immediately, including:
• Reviewing and preparing artwork or custom files
• Setting up printing or engraving specifications
• Allocating inventory and materials
• Scheduling tasks into the production queue
Changing these steps afterward would delay many orders and create material waste, so this policy applies consistently to all customers.
How to Request a Change or Cancellation
If you need an adjustment, please act as quickly as possible.
Email is the fastest way to ensure your request is handled immediately.

Use this subject line to speed up processing:
“URGENT: Order [Your Order Number] Change/Cancellation”
In your message, please include:
• Full name
• Email used at checkout
• Order number
• A clear description of the change you need
Examples:
“Please change the shirt size from M to L.”
“Please cancel my entire order.”
“Please update my shipping address to: [new address].”
“I uploaded the wrong image—please replace it with the attached file.”
You may also use our Contact page, but email remains the most reliable method for time-sensitive requests.
After 4 Hours: No Adjustments Allowed
Once your order has entered production, we are unable to make any changes, including:
• Size or color changes
• Style modifications
• Custom text corrections
• Artwork or file replacements
• Shipping address updates
• Order cancellation
We understand that this may be disappointing in some cases, but this policy ensures fairness and fast delivery for all customers.
Address Accuracy Is the Customer’s Responsibility
Please double-check your address information during checkout to avoid issues.
This includes:
• Full street name and number
• Apartment or suite number
• City, state, ZIP code
• Correct spelling
• A deliverable address recognized by major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)
Even small mistakes can cause delivery problems or prevent the carrier from locating your address.
If the Address Is Incorrect
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.
Examples of address-related issues:
• “Insufficient address”
• “No unit or apartment number provided”
• “Address unknown”
• “Recipient moved”
If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reship it.
Additional shipping fees will apply.
If the package is delivered to the address provided at checkout—even if it was entered incorrectly—SJURD cannot offer refunds or replacements.
Once a courier marks the order as delivered, it is considered fulfilled.
