Return & Exchange Policy

At SJURD LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every bride to feel confident in her purchase — but if something isn’t right, we make it simple to return or exchange your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized or custom-made gowns are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@sjurd.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• Your name
• The reason for your return

Our team will respond with instructions and a return authorization. Please pack your items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are typically paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: SJURD LLC will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the following:

• Defective or damaged products
• Wrong size or incorrect item shipped

If you wish to exchange for a different size or style not caused by our error, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Lost Items During Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. SJURD LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit if return shipping is paid by the customer.
