Order Processing Time
Every order undergoes a careful processing stage that typically takes 2–5 business days.
During this time, we verify your order, complete quality checks, prepare packaging, and ensure your items are ready for shipment.
Our processing schedule runs from Monday through Saturday.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST are automatically moved to the next business day’s queue to ensure accuracy.
Any orders submitted on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–12 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather conditions, or national peak seasons.
Please keep in mind that high-volume periods—such as Black Friday, Christmas, and major sales events—can extend both processing and transit times.
For any important dates or gift-related orders, we recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks in advance.
Custom or Large Order Timelines
Personalized Designs:
Custom items that involve unique names, artwork, or modifications may require an additional
1–3 business days to finalize and review before shipment.
Bulk Orders:
Large orders of over 50 units may require 7–10 business days depending on production volume and inventory levels.
Same-day processing is only available for orders submitted before 7:00 PM EST.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable couriers—including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (available in select regions)—to ensure each package is handled with care.
The carrier assigned to your order is determined by destination, parcel size, and the method that provides the quickest and most reliable delivery.
Shipping Fee
All domestic shipments include a simple, flat-rate fee of $6.99 USD.
This helps maintain consistent packaging quality, reliable carrier service, and secure delivery.
Shipping Limitations
At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to:
• Alaska & Hawaii
• U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
• P.O. Boxes
• APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
These restrictions are based on carrier requirements and logistical constraints.
We will continue exploring additional service options as we grow.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email (or SMS if selected).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on carrier systems.
During peak shipping seasons, tracking activity may take longer to show movement—but once scanned, it will continue updating normally.
Holiday & Seasonal Shipping
High-demand periods—such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year—often experience nationwide carrier delays.
Even when packages are shipped on time, transit may take longer than usual due to courier capacity.
To ensure timely delivery, we encourage customers to place holiday or event orders 2–3 weeks early.
